USAFE-AFAFRICA Brig. Gen. Spacy visits RAF Mildenhall

U.S. Air Force Brig. Gen. Bradley Spacy, U.S. Air Forces in Europe and Air Forces Africa director of logistics, installations and mission support, visited RAF Mildenhall July 25, 2014, to meet with Team Mildenhall Airmen.

The general toured a variety of units including the 352nd Special Operations Group, 100th Maintenance Group, 100th Security Forces Squadron, 100th Logistics Readiness Squadron fuels section, 100th Civil Engineer Squadron Airfield Lighting and the 100th CES Fire Department.

Spacy's visit also included a lunch with non-commissioned officers and junior enlisted Airmen in the Gateway Dining Facility, giving them the opportunity to hear more about his role at USAFE-AFAFRICA and ask questions.

The general expressed his gratitude for Team Mildenhall's work and dedication to the mission.

"Believe it or not, I look at the paperwork and statistics that come across my desk from Team Mildenhall's innovative improvements," said Spacy. "I wanted to get down here to see it in person."
