Why is serving in the Air Force important to you?
I wanted to be part of something bigger than myself.

What accomplishment during your Air Force career are you most proud of?
I am most proud of recently being selected for a Joint Special Operations Command assignment.

What are your personal and/or professional goals?
My goals are to always strive to be better. Whether it's a better person, NCO or senior NCO, there is always room to grow.

What is your favorite part of your job?
My favorite part of my job is the people! By luck, I have moved right around the two-year point at all three of my assignments. It's been a very useful learning tool and I've had the opportunity to meet, work with, learn from and grow with many amazing people.

How does the individual portray the core value?
"Staff Sgt. Aimee Green comes to work every day with a big smile," said Master Sgt. Keith Bachand, 100th OSS weather flight chief. "No matter what the day throws at her she maintains that smile while providing the best products possible. Green sets the example for the rest of the flight and is recognized by the aircrews for her excellent forecasting skills. Her attitude is infectious, which leads to everyone that comes in contact with her performing better. On-and off-duty, the weather flight is a better place to work because of Green."
