I'm most proud of leading security on the ground throughout humanitarian fly-away missions during Operation Odyssey Dawn.

What are your personal and/or professional goals?
My goals are to provide the best possible service and lead my subordinates to success.

What is your favorite part of your job?
Being a part of a winning team!

How does the individual portray that core value?
"Staff Sgt. Michael Peter's drive for excellence is evident to managers at all levels," said Master Sgt. Earnie Roark, 100th SFS NCO in charge of standardization and evaluation from San Antonio. "His drive resulted in his selection to reinvigorate an ailing sensor program while deployed, and he exceeded expectations in the position. Upon his return to RAF Mildenhall, he was selected for the position of evaluator, where his extensive knowledge of inspection criteria continues to improve and strengthen the unit's capabilities to protect personnel and resources."
