How does the individual portray that core value? "Staff Sgt. Weber strives to better his work center," said Master Sgt. Michael Sandoval, 321st Special Tactics Squadron logistics superintendent from San Antonio. "He saved the 352nd Special Operations Group and Air Force $10,500 by researching and using an alternate data communications system. Additionally, he is submitting and researching additional data for future group and squadron use."

Why is serving in the Air Force important to you? Serving in the Air Force gives me a sense of belonging and patriotism.

What accomplishment during your Air Force career are you most proud of? I am most proud of deploying in support of different overseas contingency operations.

What are your personal and/or professional goals? My goals are to make chief master sergeant and earn a bachelor's degree.

What is your favorite part of your job? My favorite part is the constant challenges and changes of working in a special tactics squadron environment.
