The Airman and Family Readiness Center will offer a new workshop to military members who will be permanently changing station, separating or retiring from the Air Force to provide information to help make the process smoother.

The workshop, EZ PCS, is scheduled to begin April 1, 2014.

The A&FRC encourages Team Mildenhall members to attend EZ PCS at least four months before a PCS. According to the A&FRC, the workshop is especially beneficial for Airmen who have been active duty for four years or less, got married while stationed here or if this is their first duty station.

EZ PCS will include information on:
· Relocation websites
· How to get a sponsor
· Clearing a house on- or off-base
· Understanding financial allowances and entitlements
· Finalizing bills
· Confirming TRICARE arrangements
· Closing a post office box and forwarding mail
· Shipping or deregistering a vehicle
· Arranging household goods shipments
· Arranging flights
· A&FRC support

The RAF Feltwell Veterinary Clinic also holds a Shipping Your Pet briefing monthly, which is separate from the EZ PCS. The briefing is designed to provide pet owners the necessary information on how to PCS with their pets.
