The RAF Mildenhall Arts and Crafts Center is scheduled to move March 14, 2014, from Bldg. 442 to the Bob Hope Community Center.

Although the space will be smaller, the same engraving and embroidery services will be available. They will also offer sign making and T-shirt printing along with other new services which will be announced during the reopening.

The grand opening, which includes refreshments and door prizes, is scheduled for March 25, with the official ribbon cutting taking place at 3:30 p.m.

"The Arts and Crafts Center is relocating to turn the Bob Hope Community Center into a one-stop shop for members of the base," said Stephanie Lown, 100th Force Support Squadron community center director from Mildenhall, England.

Team Mildenhall members can still place orders at the current building until March 13. The music shop will also move to the Bob Hope Community Center.

The new arts and crafts center hours of operation will be from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Friday.
