Why is serving in the Air Force important to you?
The Air Force has provided me with many opportunities that I would never have if I hadn't joined. I am very grateful for that. It also feels good to know that we are serving to protect our loved ones.

What accomplishment during your Air Force career are you most proud of?
I volunteered to deploy. Being at a deployed location, gaining knowledge on different air frames, and seeing the Air Force from a fresh perspective was great. It was also great being a Wingman to other Airmen isolated from everything familiar to them.

What are your personal and/or professional goals?
I would like to further my job knowledge and general knowledge. Daily self-improvement is my ultimate goal.

What is your favorite part of your job?
I enjoy scheduling and interacting with different agencies. It helps me understand my job better and how each organization works together to carry out the mission safely and effectively.

How does the individual portray that core value?
"Brown volunteered for, and successfully completed, a 180-day Operation Enduring Freedom deployment," said Master Sgt. Kevin M. Hill, 7th Special Operations Squadron flight chief. "She shows up early, and stays late to ensure flight records and orders are properly cut prior to the next day's flying schedule."
