Why is serving in the Air Force important to you? Serving as an Air Force member gives me a sense of pride.
I'm a part of a unique team, the best team to be proud of.

What accomplishment during your Air Force career are you most proud of? Becoming a supervisor and an NCO is the accomplishment I'm most proud of. Being a supervisor and NCO is a challenging, yet rewarding, job because I have a direct connection with my people.

What are your personal and/or professional goals? My personal goal is to strengthen my spiritual well-being so I am equipped to take on challenges. My professional goal is to become a well-rounded Air Force member. I would like to pursue a special duty outside of my career field, such as a military training leader.

What is your favorite part of your job? My favorite part of my job is training Airmen. I have the opportunity to help build a strong training foundation for my Airmen, and the best part is knowing the job is done right!

How does the individual portray that core value? "Staff Sgt. Carter completes all assigned tasks with diligence and precision. I never have to worry about any project she is in charge of, and it will always be completed correctly. Her due diligence is infectious in our shop, and she sets the example for the younger Airmen to follow," said Tech. Sgt. Cory Favors, NCO in charge of IT Asset Management.
