What accomplishment during your Air Force career are you most proud of?

“I am most proud of graduating from basic military training and technical school, and having the experience being stationed overseas as my first duty assignment.”

What are your personal and/or professional goals?

“A personal goal is to further my education – I’m currently working on my master’s degree. My professional goals are to achieve promotion to the next rank and to transition to be an officer.”

What is your favorite part of your job?

“I feel a sense of achievement when we are able to complete the most basic task to the most challenging in order to complete the mission. I also enjoy being an instructor and training others to complete tasks, being a climbing/tower certifier has helped me achieve this.”

How does the individual portray that core value?

Excellence in All You Do: “Airman 1st Class Meads always takes on new tasks and looks for challenging roles for her career development,” explained Tech. Sgt. Christopher Payne, 100th OSS Airfield Systems NCO in charge. “She recently became the climbing certifier for our work center and has already trained four members, to include a certifier at RAF Lakenheath which enabled them to maintain their credentials and proficiency. She is always offering to assist others and continually strives to ensure the mission is accomplished not just within her realm of control.”
