Paul Fletcher concludes his flying career Sept. 20. Following the flight, the general landed his C-21 in crosswinds reaching 25-knots. General Fletcher will retire Nov. 1. During his assignment at RAF Mildenhall, General Fletcher was the commander of the 16th Air Force War fighting Headquarters, vice commander of 3rd Air Force, and the senior U.S. military representative to Her Majesty's Government.
