351st EARS maintainers ‘strut’ their stuff
A KC-135R Stratotanker assigned to the 351st Expeditionary Air Refueling Squadron has its right-main-landing gear removed May 24, 2013, at Moron Air Base, Spain, allowing maintenance crews to work on the gear’s strut. The crews repacked the strut after discovering a break in the seal, keeping the aircraft safe for operation. (U.S. Air Force photo by 1st Lt. Christopher Mesnard/Released)
