Joint 100th ARW, 48th FW basketball team takes USAFE crown, gold medals

The RAF Mildenhall and RAF Lakenheath basketball team, the Eagles, proudly show off their trophy and medals after taking first place at the U.S. Air Forces in Europe/ Installation Management Command-Europe Basketball Championship in March 2013. Playing against 14 other teams from bases all around Europe, the Eagles played against Spangdahlem Air Base, Germany, in the final, bringing the trophy home to England. (Courtesy photo)
