38th CTS paves way for parking
A construction worker from the 38th Construction Training Squadron, Ramstein Air Base, Germany, operates an excavator during construction of a new parking lot April 9, 2013, behind building 591 on RAF Mildenhall, England. The 38th CTS started construction February 2013, and is slated to finish July 2013. The parking lot will have a capacity of 75 vehicles to give the staff of building 591 more room for parking as building occupancy increases.
