Firefighters test life-saving skills

A person ran out of the building and got hit by a car, which then hit another car, causing it to overturn with three simulated victims inside. After prioritizing their response – the vehicle accident was a risk to life and the building wasn’t mission essential – the first responders rescued the simulated victims from the vehicle and transported them to safety until medics appeared on-scene.
