Retired Chief Master Sgt. of the Air Force Bob Gaylor, fifth CMSAF, shares his memories and experiences of his time serving in the U.S. Air Force with Airmen currently serving during an enlisted call March 6, 2013, at the Hardstand Fitness Center, RAF Mildenhall, England. Gaylor spoke about the "four Ts": Training, Tribe, Technology and Trust. He reflected on how they applied back in his Air Force time and still apply in the Air Force of today.
