100th SFS responds to ‘gate-runner’ during ORE
Senior Airman Samuel Perez, right, 100th Security Forces Squadron response force leader, from Plainfield, Conn., holds a handcuffed suspect against the fence after a car illegally accessed Gate 17 Dec. 4, 2012, during an operational readiness exercise at RAF Mildenhall, England. All three suspects, played by 100th SFS members, were apprehended and 100th SFS patrolmen stopped traffic and set up a cordon after the scenario turned into a bomb threat because the driver left a suspicious package outside building 591. Those working inside building 591 evacuated the facility and went to an alternate location. (U.S. Air Force photo by Karen Abeyasekere/Released)
