Volunteers help clear garden for local disabled homeowner
BECK ROW, England – Staff Sgt. Ron Helle, 100th Maintenance Squadron, pulls weeds and grass in the backyard of a disabled resident in Beck Row, a community just outside RAF Mildenhall, Aug. 25, 2012. The yard had become overgrown with weeds, tall grass and stinging nettles, so Helle and a group of volunteers from the base took on the task of clearing the overgrowth for the homeowner, who was unable to perform the task herself.
