Perimeter Road track now up and running

RAF MILDENHALL, England – Staff Sgt. Kevin Saunders, 100th Aircraft Maintenance Squadron, runs on the new Perimeter Road track during his cardio workout at RAF Mildenhall Aug. 13, 2012. The new length of track is just under 2-miles long and 6-feet wide, and has been designed so two people can run it side-by-side. It joins the existing cinder track, which goes around the taxiway and part of the north side of base. At a cost of approximately $628,097, it adds a much-needed, safe place for people to run around the flightline. (U.S. Air Force photo/Senior Airman Ethan Morgan)
