Improving fitness one sit-up, push-up at a time
RAF MILDENHALL, England – Ronnie Drake, 100th Force Support Squadron, demonstrates how to execute a proper flutter kick during the Sit-up and Push-up Improvement class May 31, 2012, at North Side Fitness Center here. The class teaches a variety of strength training exercises to help improve an individual’s sit-ups and push-ups.
