435th CTS proves one-stop shop for construction at RAF Mildenhall

RAF MILDENHALL, England -- Tech. Sgt. Thomas Riggsbee, 435th Military Construction Flight, 435th Construction and Training Squadron, near Ramstein Air Base, Germany, helps raise a pick into place on a K-Span structure on the south side of base Jan. 27, 2012. The construction team from Germany – consisting of 14 U.S. Air Force active duty members and one German national -- are based at a geographically-separated unit near Ramstein AB, and have been at RAF Mildenhall since Jan. 9, 2012, putting together the steel structure completely from scratch. Four military members from the 100th Civil Engineer Squadron and two from 48th Civil Engineer Squadron have also assisted in the construction and received beneficial training from the 435th MCF.
