TJAG presents medal during visit to RAF Mildenhall

RAF MILDENHALL, England – Lt. Gen. Richard C. Harding, The Judge Advocate General, Headquarters U.S. Air Force, Washington D.C., presents the Air Force Commendation Medal to Tech. Sgt. Andrew Wikoff, 100th Air Refueling Wing Judge Advocate office here Dec. 5, 2011, as a result of his many accomplishments while stationed at Nellis Air Force Base, Nevada. Wikoff provided support to multiple trial counsel in 24 courts-martial, and processed 150 nonjudicial punishments and 57 administrative discharge actions, ensuring Air Force processing goals were met. He also acted as a base tax office representative, preparing 2,300 federal and state tax returns, which saved community members $300,000 in processing fees and refunded more than $3.6 million. Harding visited RAF Mildenhall and RAF Lakenheath, making field visits to ensure the Air Force is receiving quality support from the base legal offices. (U.S. Air Force photo/Karen Abeyasekere)
