Gilles Allemand, primary French Air Force liaison to the 351st Expeditionary Air Refueling Wing, to show his appreciation for Allemand’s contribution during the 351st Expeditionary Air Refueling Wing’s stay at Base Aérienne 125, Istres, France, Nov. 8, 2011. Allemand was assigned as primary liaison to the advanced echelon team when they arrived on April 8, 2011, and remained a crucial link to the host nation counterparts throughout the deployment in support of Operation Unified Protector.
