900 years running, Moyse’s Hall remains haunted icon

BURY ST. EDMUNDS, England – Moyse’s Hall Museum, located in Bury St. Edmunds, is renowned by some as being one of the most haunted buildings in England. The building is nearly 900 years old and was once a jail, police station, tavern and once belonged to the Abbey of St. Edmund. The building, nearly 800 years old at that time, finally started evolving into a museum in the late 1800s. (U.S. Air Force photo/Tech. Sgt. Kevin Wallace)
