Lincoln Road reconstruction

RAF MILDENHALL, England – Joe Brown, a local contractor, uses a 14-ton “rubber duck” to spread out gravel on top of a cellular soakaway drainage system as part of the Lincoln Road construction here Aug. 17, 2011.
