100th ARW vice commander flies final mission
RAF MILDENHALL, England -- Col. Mike Winters, 100th Air Refueling Wing vice commander, taxis a KC-135 Stratotanker through the traditional arc of water from two base fire trucks, after his final flight here July 21, 2011.
