Mission, Team Mildenhall, family all high priorities with new 100th ARW commander

RAF MILDENHALL, England -- Col. Christopher Kulas, 100th Air Refueling Wing commander, took the time to chat with public affairs about his background, his views on leadership, and the topics which are most important to him. He came to RAF Mildenhall after being the operations group commander at a deployed location in Southwest Asia.
