RAF MILDENHALL, England -- The base flags are flown at half staff outside the 100th Air Refueling Wing headquarters building here April 6, 2011, in memory of Staff Sgt. Bradly Ring, 95th Reconnaissance Squadron. Sergeant Ring, a maintenance technician, died April 2 in a two-car vehicle accident on Mildenhall Road near the Shippea Hill train station.
