Firefighters give commanders insight into fire training
RAF MILDENHALL, England -- Colonel David Doe, 100th Mission Support Group commander and crew managers Barry Clark and Simon Evans, both 100th Civil Engineer Squadron Fire Department, move a pressurized hose from side-to-side to put out a fire on a mock aircraft engine March 17, 2011. Colonel Doe and Nigel McCurdy, 100th CES honorary commander, got the opportunity to take a turn at the live fire trainer and assist in putting out a fire. Mr. McCurdy is a member of RAF Mildenhall's Honorary Commanders' Program, which is vital to foster and maintain healthy British-American relationships. (U.S. Air Force photo/Karen Abeyasekere)
