KC-135 avionics upgrade helps strengthen bond between U.S., Turkish Air Forces

RAF MILDENHALL, England -- Tech. Sgt. Gary Weishaupt, 373rd Training Squadron, Detachment 19, communication navigation mission systems master instructor, helps a Turkish Air Force staff sergeant check one of the control panels on a KC-135 Stratotanker here March 2, 2011. Several students, both military and civilian, are here for a two-week course of classroom and hands-on instruction on the Global Air Traffic Management avionics system.
