National Prayer Luncheon reiterates rights of Airmen

RAF MILDENHALL, England -- Chap. (Maj. Gen.) Cecil Richardson, Air Force chief of chaplains, speaks to the congregation during the National Prayer Luncheon Feb. 11, 2011, at the base chapel.
