RAF MILDENHALL, England -- Senior Airman Melaku Abebe, 100th Communications Squadron Client Services Center technician, talks to a customer as he remotely accesses their computer to fix a problem. Airman Abebe is one of many technicians forming three teams, who help customers both remotely and face-to-face, depending on the computer problem.
