Airmen race runway for POW/MIA week

RAF MILDENHALL, England -- About 70 Airmen participate in a 5K race down the runway here Sept. 15 as one of several events scheduled for Prisoner of War/Missing in Action Rembrance Week. Already completed are a breakfast and a motorcycle ride. A 24-hour vigil is scheduled for Sept. 16 at the POW/MIA memorial here and a retreat ceremony will be held Sept. 17 at 4:30 p.m. in front of 100th Air Refueling Wing headquarters.
