Commanders get first-hand experience with CE

RAF MILDENHALL, England -- Col. Chad Manske, 100th Air Refueling Wing commander, lifts the bed of a 10-ton dump truck at the fire department's live-fire training area Aug. 11. Airmen from the 100th Civil Engineer Squadron showed the colonel the heavy machinery they use on a daily basis and the skill required to do so efficiently.
