NORMANDY, France – A C-130J from the 37th Airlift Squadron, Ramstein Air Base, Germany, leads a formation of other American C-130s and German and French C-160s in a low pass over the famous “Iron Mike” drop zone, where the Allies first landed in the D-Day invasion of World War II, after dropping off hundreds of paratroopers in a jump commemorating the 66th anniversary of the landing June 5.
