Memorial Service

RAF MILDENHALL, England – Col. Chad Manske, 100th Air Refueling Wing commander, gives closing remarks at a memorial ceremony for Capt. Jenna Wilcox, 100th Civil Engineer Squadron, April 7. Hundreds of supporters attended the ceremony, including Captain Wilcox’s friends, family and coworkers.
