EVENES, Norway – Norwegian medics gaze at an impact ventilator, which when used involves a needle going through the sternum, during a briefing from a medical team deployed with the 352nd Special Operations Group, RAF Mildenhall, England, during Exercise Cold Response 10, an annual multinational exercise.
