Spotter Watch
RAF MILDENHALL, England -- Daniel Marshall, an airplane enthusiast, photographs the boom of a 100th Air Refueling Wing KC-135 Stratotanker during a base familiarization tour on the flightline here March 23. Several enthusiasts were invited to join a new program called Spotter Watch that is recruiting "tailspotters," hobbyists who sit outside the base perimeter in designated sites and photograph aircraft, to report suspicious activity to authorities and improve base security.
