RAF MILDENHALL, England -- Master Sgt. Hayden Pickett, 100th Communications Squadron first sergeant, is the 100th Air Refueling Wing and Team Mildenhall 2009 First Sergeant of the Year. Her achievements include leading four self-help projects for 100th CS dorm improvements and running 11 Diamond Sharp presentations. She also worked with 35 deployed Airmen to plant about 1,000 trees in support of Earth Day. She is presented this award by retired Gen. Gregory Martin, Col.
