2009 Annual Award winners

RAF MILDENHALL, England -- Capt. Meera Noe, 100th Communications Squadron, is the 100th Air Refueling Wing 2009 Company Grade Officer of the Year. Her accomplishments include aiding in a Russian helicopter crash response and planning a memorial service for 16 civilians. She also distributed 150 boxes of toiletries, clothes, supplies and medication to Afghan women and children. She is presented this award by retired Gen. Gregory Martin, Col.
