RAF MILDENHALL, England -- Fabiola Flores, 100th Comptroller Squadron budget analyst, is the 100th Air Refueling Wing 2009 Civilian Category I of the Year. Her accomplishments include closing out $68 million in tenant budgets with zero errors and providing budget support to the 352nd Special Operations Group. She also organized a 5K run to raise awareness for the Sexual Assault Response Program. She is presented this award by retired Gen. Gregory Martin, Col.
