No fuel ration card necessary

RAF MILDENHALL, England -- An RC-135 Rivet Joint, launched from RAF Mildenhall, takes fuel from a 100th Air Refueling Wing KC-135 in the skies over England Jan. 21. The aircraft, assigned to the 55th Wing, Offutt Air Force Base, Neb., carries members of the 488th Intelligence Squadron and 95th Reconnaissance Squadron, both based at RAF Mildenhall.
