NCO's daughter gives 'Locks of Love'

Michael, the hairdresser, divides Noel Ingram's hair into sections before preparing to cut it short. Noel gave the cut hair to "Locks of Love", so that another little girl who currently has no hair because of a medical condtion, would be able to have a hairpiece made from it.
