British RAF visits Team Mildenhall

Staff Sgt. William MacArthur, right, 100th Operations Support Squadron Air Traffic Control Tower, explains the role and mission of the tower at RAF Mildenhall to members from a Royal Air Force regiment from RAF Marham, near King's Lynn, Norfolk, June 29. The RAF troops visited the base for force development training. They also visited the KC-135 flight simulator, saw a static display of a KC-135, and watched the base promotion ceremony take place, as well as taking part in team building activities at the professional devleopment center. The visit helped strengthen the close working relationship between the British RAF and the U.S. Air Force. (U.S. Air Force photo by Karen Abeyasekere)
