Karen A. picks up the gauntlet
Keith Mutton, owner of Phoenix Bird Control, holds Twinkle, an Eagle owl, one of the many birds of prey he owns. Mr. Mutton and his employees are responsible for bird control on RAF Mildenhall and RAF Lakenheath. Twinkle weighs just 7 pounds, but has a wing span of 5 feet, and very large, sharp claws.
