ROYAL AIR FORCE FAIRFORD, England -- Staff Sgt. Matthew Gniotczynski waits near the tail of a KC-135 Stratotanker for the aircrew to begin a flight controls check. The aircraft is from the 351st Expeditionary Air Refueling Squadron at Royal Air Force Mildenhall. The 351st EARS will fly out of the airstrip here while Mildenhall's runway is under construction.
