Ministry of Defence employee Dave Patrick, a 100th Civil Engineer Squadron assistant foreman, measures a caliper with a micrometer to determine an accurate and precise measurement of a steel bar March 12, 2009, at RAF Mildenhall, England. Mr. Patrick uses these measuring tools to get exact measurements for proper fits.
