Annual Award Winners

Ministry of Defence worker Mr. Philip Bower, a 100th Civil Engineer Squadron maintenance carpenter, cuts wood to size with a panel saw March 3, 2009, at RAF Mildenhall, England. Mr. Bower recently won the 100th Air Refueling Wing annual award for the Civilian Category for 2008.
