No bones about it
Military Working Dog Desant, 100th Security Forces Squadron, gets his teeth firmly into the arm of the bite suite worn by Karen Abeyasekere, left, 100th Air Refueling Squadron Public Affairs Office, as his handler, Staff Sgt. Joe Hayes III, front right, and 100th SFS kennel master, Tech. Sgt. Bradley Donoghue, stay close by to ensure nobody gets hurt. This type of training is done regularly by the MWDs and their handlers, along with detection training. RAF Mildenhall has several military working dogs, all of which are either specialist narcotics or explosive detection dogs. Some are Belgian Malinois, and the rest are German Shepherds.
