Tech. Sgt. Barry Frazier, 100th Air Refueling Wing Legal Office, gently strokes his baby daughter's foot as she lays in her incubator Oct. 21. Daughter Alexis, and her twin brother Eric, were born prematurely at 23 weeks gestation period, in the Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital NeoNatal Unit. Both babies weighed just over 1 pound each at birth. Their parents try to visit them every day, and because they are unable to hold the babies very much as they are so tiny, having the opportunity to be physically able to touch their children is very special to them.
