First place

Tech. Sgt. Angel Rios, 100th Force Support Squadron NCOIC of fitness programs, hugs Master Sgt. Sarah Webb, 100th Air Refueling Wing Public Affairs, after crossing the finish line at the 2nd annual Aviano Air Base Marathon in Italy. “The best part of the race was everything!” said Rios. “My primary goal was just to cross that finish line." According to Rios, “finishing was the result of months of research, training and soreness from training. I ran and finished my first race with the support of my fantastic husband, family and friends”. So what’s next on her agenda? The 2009 Disney World Marathon. She wants to finish in under 5 hours for a new PR and then go get one big hug from Micky. (U.S.Air Force photo)
